eXp Solutions launches redesigned, conversion-focused website in just 44 days.
Problem: The previous site was outdated and lacked user-centric design. Trusted Provider listings were incomplete, unorganized, and difficult to navigate. Users couldn’t filter partners by category or country, and several listed providers were no longer active in the network. Additionally, missing social media links limited engagement opportunities. The site theme and page builder were obsolete, while other eXp business units had already upgraded to Elementor.
Narrative: Recognizing that a modern, on-brand digital presence is critical for our Trusted Provider network, marketing initiatives, and partner ROI, I led the full website redesign and migration. I facilitated the purchase of a premium theme, built and optimized each page, wrote new messaging, replaced outdated assets, and ensured the site aligned with eXp Realty brand standards. To improve reporting and partner visibility, I installed HubSpot tracking code and integrated the website into campaign reporting — enabling traffic and engagement insights that are now shared in partner Quarterly Marketing Reviews.
To support ongoing inbound marketing, I launched a blog and introduced a newsletter pop-up subscriber form that achieved a 13.13% conversion rate (surpassing the 2–5% industry average). All work — planning through launch — was completed in just 44 days.
